You know what I just realized??? The significance of the title!!!!!!!! As my index finger was pushing down on the left-side clicker to submit my last post, it hit me! Everyday use of something is authentic. If you wear something everyday (preferably washing it every now and then, of course), it is part of you. If you reject something and refuse to be around it and you hate, odds are, it's not going to be a prominent part of your life, whether you change your mind or not! Dee hated her old life, Mama said so! Now, though, when it's the chic thing to do, she is just on fire with passion for her heritage. Obviously, she thinks we believe her and her pathetic little excuse of an outfit as being authentically African, but we ain't fooled! We AIN'T! Dee is just pathetic.
